1. Bookings

DM Facials is a home-based business and operates strictly by appointment. If you have our contact details, please book your appointment via email or text. Otherwise, use the contact form above.

​​2. Cancellation

If you know that you are not able to keep your appointment, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

3. Covid safety

We are ready to treat you safely. We completed Infection Control Training for COVID-19 by the Department of Health and followed the Government of WA COVID Safety Guidelines.

Please take the COVID safety seriously:

• Cancel your appointment if you have flu-like symptoms or have had contact with a positive COVID case;

• keep good hygiene;

• notify us if you start feeling unwell before your appointment.

4. Payments

We accept cash or online transfers and expect to receive your payment before the due date. Each delayed payment will affect our monthly cash flow and put our business under pressure.

5. Skincare orders

We accept orders only within Australia. Your order can be placed via email, text message, or our website contact form.

Please make sure that your order clearly states the names of your products and includes your postal address. If you are not sure what products you should order, feel free to ask questions — we are happy to help.

Your order will be packed and shipped after your payment confirmation. All orders are shipped by Australia Post. The postage expenses are on us for orders over $150, and orders over $300 are posted express. Orders under $150 will include the Australia Post postage fee.

6. Client programs

Our client programs will be available to you after your first visit. Please see the bottom of your invoice for details.
