CLINIC ETIQUETTE

1. Bookings

DM facials is a home-based business and operates strictly by appointment! Please book your appointment via email (daniela@dmfacials.com.au), text message, or phone call (Daniela: 0431 347 071). Please do not request your bookings through social media as we do not pay close attention to those platforms.

​​2. Cancellations

If you know that you are not able to keep your appointment, please notify us at your earliest convenience. 

3. Covid safety

We are ready to treat you safely. We completed Infection Control Training for Covid-19 by the Department of Health and follow the Government of WA COVID Safety Guidelines.

Before your appointment, you will receive your appointment confirmation text message with questions if you returned from overseas travel in the last 14 days, had contact with a positive Covid-19 case, or have any flu-like symptoms.

Mandatory contact register is kept from the 5th December 2020 to be available for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing if requested.

Please take this seriously:

  • do not book your treatment if you have traveled in the last 14 days from overseas;
  • cancel your appointment if you have flu-like symptoms or had contact with a positive Covid-19 case;
  • keep good hygiene; 
  • notify us if you start feeling unwell before your appointment.

4. Payments

We accept cash or online transfer. We use QuickBooks invoicing system and expect to receive your payment before the Due Date. Please note, that your delayed payment will affect our monthly cash flow and put our business under pressure.

5. Skincare orders

We accept orders only within Australia. Your order can be placed via email, text message, or our website contact form. Please make sure that your order is clear and includes your postal address. If you are not sure what products you should order, feel free to ask questions, we are happy to help. Please note, that orders placed via social media may be missed as we do not pay close attention to those platforms. If you are not our regular customer, your order will be posted after your payment confirmation.

The postage expenses are on us and all orders are shipped by Australia Post. Orders over $300 are posted express.

6. Gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years. If you are placing an order for a gift voucher, please specify:

  •  if you wish the voucher to be picked up (preferred day/ time), posted (include the postal address), or emailed,
  •  $ value or what facial treatment
  •  who is the gift voucher for, and
  •  from whom.
